Headstand Posture VIII: Sirsasana

From a full Headstand (Sirsasana 1 or Sirsasana 2), lower the left leg until the toes touch the floor in front of the face. Keep the leg down for at least twenty seconds; then bring it back to perpendicular. Now lower the right leg until the foot rests on the floor in front of the face. The trunk stays vertical.
