Long-lasting insecticide-treated nets (LLINs) are a cost-effective intervention for reducing malaria transmission. The Against Malaria Foundation (AMF) purchases LLINs for free distribution to at-risk populations by implementing organizations. The organization’s work has expanded since the early 2010s, and this report details the work done by AMF from 2012 to 2016. The authors conducted reviews of AMF’s funding, partners, and activities as well as interviewed staff members to produce this report. AMF provides LLINs primarily for distributions in countries with demonstrated funding gaps for malaria control efforts.
