Abstract

At 80,000 Hours we’ve generally focused on finding the most pressing issues and the best ways to address them. But even if some issue is ’the most pressing’—in the sense of being the highest impact thing for someone to work on if they could be equally successful at anything—it might easily not be the highest impact thing for many people to work on, because people have various talents, experience, and temperaments.
